I've never seen (except maybe part of an episode) Dead Like Me, Angel, House, How I Met Your Mother, The Waltons, Dark Shadows, or Hercules, so I don't feel bad about missing those.
Reaper I watch but that shot was too hard to identify as being from any specific show.
I didn't watch Columbo religiously but I should have known that, as I should have known Moonlighting (kudos on finding a picture of everyone except Bruce Willis and Cybil Shepard - that must have been hard), and Little House on the Prairie.
Actually #4 isn't Life on Mars, it's the actual BBC-2 test card from back in the day.
Life on Mars is a widescreen show, and they also recast the girl from the test card so she could come to life in the programme. The girl in image 4 is the original girl. She must be in her fifties by now...
Here's the image and the girl from LOM

A fictional version of Test Card F, of sorts, appears in the BBC television series Life on Mars. A girl resembling Carole Hersee as she appeared in the test card acts as a sort of spiritual guide in the series. The real thing flashes on and off during a BBC One ident in order to create the feeling of the 1970s.

Close enough, and it was easy enough to know what it was referencing if you had seen the show.
Wow, I suck even more than I thought I did.
Before you say you sucked, consider how much TV one would have had to watch to score as high as
EMH and I did, and then reconsider who had their priorities straight.
Congratulations,
EMH, if I had a Golden Couch Potato Award handy, I would give it to you.
Thanks again for taking the time to organize this contest
Auntiehill, it was fun.
