Well, since it's the Space Seed Khan it begs the question: Is it Worf with or without ponytail? Because there could be some hair pulling here when it gets down and dirty. But my money is on Khan.

But before that, khan manages to activate the genesis device in Worf's uniform and whilst Worf is having dinner BOOM!
One would assume that genetically engineered Jem'Hadar are stronger than a mere genetically enhanced human. Worf was able to best scores of Jem'Hadar in unarmed combat in "In Purgatory's Shadow", so he get's my vote.
