Mark Furerstien falls in love with Ashley Williams half way through a job interview at first signt for a morning TV show he's not really interested in, but that all changes because Ashlkey is playing an adorable goof. Mark confides in Constance, week after week, telling her about his nerver ended reel of master plans to get Ashely depsite the fact that she has a boydfireiiend untill episoide 13ish when Constance tells Mark to stop the fuck talking about Ashley because she's in love with him first.
