ASDB's Deneva-Class revisited

Just to let you folks know the Korolev isn't the only ASDB design to be getting the revamp treatment lately; here's a bunch of new stuff for the Deneva!

Rick Sternbach, if you're reading this, I don't know how you managed to plan out 42 decks. I've only done 3 so far and I'm about ready to have the men in white coats come take me away!

We'll get round to restarting the 3D model once the Korolev is done. Should make a nice change, seeing something other than a warship or a shuttle.
