Agreed, I finally saw it online today and was impressed by how fast the thing looked and the different camera angles there were.

Looked to me that something went wrong at staging with the stages seeming to jack knife -- they may even have come into contact again briefly. Did the dummy second stage have ullage motors, and, if so, did those motors fail?
