Are you happy, now? Why/how?

Yes, I'm happy. But I try not to let it show. I've got a reputation to maintain after all.

Wishing you success with the search for a "little good" :)

and your chosen line of work :techman:
Thanks, hoping I'll at least have some fun at the graduation party this coming friday.

As for the line of work....at this moment I don't make another film ever again. But then again I've been stuck in a editing rooom for trhee very full days and is finally done! So I'll probably feel better.

*Warning* Graduation party + beer = potential sex disaster
Take it easy tiger ;)

You're feel different when you see the fully edited version after a few days. Well done you :techman:
Well it's the day after and I didn't come close to scoring. I think it's because my alcohol level didn't reach the proper state for things starting to become just "fun" until around the time I had to go home at around eleven. I could have stayed longer, but I was really tired after this week and it was definetly the right call because when I got home at about one I was dead tired and crashed pretty quickly. I had an okay time though. I have a very hgard time being comfortable in party situations, but my female friend did her best to help me.

I think the key is really that I have to get in shape and feel better about myself, then I can relax easier.

As for the film, I'm done editing it now, and while I'll still be at the point where I hate it for quite a while, it's done at least.

As Zippy The Pinhead so poignantly said "Find a need and fill it."

When we don't have a purpose or are blocked from achieving what we want without being able to see beyond the blockage, we get depressed. Life is all about having needs and fulfilling them. And the best situation is when that is symbiotic--two or more people can fulfill each other's needs. Everybody wins. :)

Oh yeah... am I happy? Generally. A few things are going along well in my life while a couple other things are not. But I am living for today, not tomorrow. And so, today I am happy. :)

Eh. I'm ok. I'm not miserable, but I am still a bit down due to the utter destruction of a relationship due almost entirely to my own stupidity/bad judgement. Short of a loved one actually dying on you, I can't think of many things that feel worse than being hated by someone you care about and having that person unwilling to say anything to you aside from "fuck off." =/

I'm feeling pretty happy at the moment. It's summer and I'm finally done with my work placement, which kinda sucked anyway, so I'm happy to be out of there :)
