Are these 21 year olds the new Boomers?

Do you think that after the Doninion War there was a baby boom like after World War 2?

I was thinking based on that interview. If there’s a culture in 2399 with a huge population of young adults who grew up in a climate of war and fear of annihilation, and know nothing of the optimism and idealism of before the war. And that’s why that woman had such a hateful reaction toward the notion of taking on any risks to save lives of Romulans.

People like Yoshi O’Brien and Tom and B’elana’s child would be part of this generation.

Merrin Dungey, who played the interviewer, is 48. If there was a Dominion War boom, she might have been one of the parents.

The televised interview for me, brought out some semblance of what the general public must be thinking as far a Admiral Picard goes.

He purposely gave up his commission and retired from Star Fleet because of the Federation refusal to continue to try and help 'The Enemy' (Romulans) after the attack on Mars.

In the public eye, that's gotta be some strange chit.
:wtf:
