Are the powers that be / Moffat superstitious?

^Or maybe, for quite a while afterward, he couldn't look in a mirror. Couldn't bear to look himself in the eyes.

Although that raises the question of how he managed to be clean-shaven...

Well his beard probably dissapeared from war doctor to 9th doctor

We just don't see it when it gets to that stage. We just see the eyes.

Which's brings me up to something from "Day of the doctor"

The effects crew must have just gotten the tech for "face mapping" because they sure used it alot in the special

Anyway, I really hope they don't change the console room for Capaldi. The current design is the only one in the modern series that I've liked.

I was in Cardiff in November and visited the current set. The people at the studio wouldn't give anything away except for the fact that Capaldi would continue to use the current TARDIS set.

There is no other TARDIS set and there isn't time to build a new one. So, they'll continue using the current one for the time being.

Mr Awe

Excellent.

(Which should be taken more as a Bill-and-Ted air-guitar "Excellent" than a Montgomery Burns steepled-fingers "Excellent.")

Nah, for this sub-forum, it can't be anything but the patented David Banks Cyber-Leader clenched fist "Excellent!" ;)

Sincerely,

Bill

Absolutely! The best use of the word 'Excellent' in all of Doctor Who.
