Aquatic ships?

A question I have that no one seems to bring up. How did the aquatics manage to build the biggest, baddest ships of the Xindi? How did they build anything? And if they got other Xindi to build them why didn't those Xindi steal the design and build the same formidable weapons on their ships?

Didn't they have hands/forelimbs? I would guess that they built everything underwater and launched it from there, just like we build our rockets in the atmosphere.

I'd like to know that, if the aquatics built the Xindi super-weapon, are all of the interiors waterproof?

However they did it in-universe, I'm a real fan of the aquatics' ship design. They look so graceful, like they're swimming through space.

That shot of the aquatic ship getting torn apart by the anomalies in "Countdown" is a real heart-breaker. Something about that whalesong sound you hear...it's so mournful.

And we don't know that the sphere didn't have held a huge water area in it
Given that the reptilians stole it, they wouldn't have had a need for it.

...

Two webbed fingers and a thumb from the paused image I am looking at in The Council. Plus, we all now how well electronics and water mix.

Given how incredible their ships were, I'm guessing they figured out a way to mix electronics and water pretty well
