Anyone still watching Bones?

I came late to Bones, and started watching on the recommendation of folks here. I really enjoyed seasons one and two. Season three started out pretty poorly in my opinion, but ended on a (controversial) high. Season four has just been rubbish for me. Brennan seems to be as stilted and irritating as I sometimes found her in season one; there seems to be little chemistry between her and Boothe. I hate Sweet's analysis gig (although the character himself is okay). I miss Zack and his interaction with Hodkins (who seems to get nothing to say or do much at all these days). I really, really miss the relationship between him and Angela. Oh, I could do on. Season four has diappointed the hell out of me. I realised last night that I'm only watching out of habit these days, and if my husband didn't still watch, I would have stopped weeks ago.

Anyone else?

The whole thing with Angela and Hodgins annoyed the hell out of me, take a season to get them together, a season of stalling their marriage, a season to break them up, why? Get them together, don't, whatever just get on with it.
I miss Zack too, the occasional intern seems to work well with the team but most of the time they're just "zany" stand-ins.
I tried to read one of the books that Bones is based on, didn't get very far with it but Brennen is a totally unrecognisable character between the two, she's smart and scientifically minded in the books too, but she's not a socially retarded 2 dimensional character like in the series. I don't see why they feel the need to perpetually keep her character growth stilted, she's pretty much the same from pilot to this point, dispite all the character growth has had in the last 4 years.

I still watch because I still enjoy episodes here and there, but it is getting to the point where if I wasn't already invested in watching it I wouldn't bother watching either.

I'm still watching the show, but I was disappointed that Angela and Hodgins broke up, after it took so long to set up the relationship. I miss Zack, and I thought that they got rid of him too easily. I don't know where they are going with the Brennan and Booth storyline though, and I just find Sweets annoying!

Yeah.. it's not must see tv even though I watch ti every week.. it's uually last in the viewing order and gets shunted to the second DVR to watch it on...

Bummer to hear the comments about S4 here. BONES is a show I only watch on DVD. I've seen all 3 seasons released and enjoyed them. I like to watch a season over a span of about a week when I have it on DVD.

I will still watch it despite the lackluster comments I hear here. Maybe it'll rebound in the last few eps of this season.

I was never THAT big on it to begin with, but I like the chemistry between Booth and Bones. I keep watching just to see where their relationship will go.

I watched the first season and wasn't overly impressed. I didn't connect to the characters all that much and the whole thing came across as relatively silly and too lightweight while trying to not be lightweight. There were parts of it that I liked but on the whole I was less than impressed.

I miss Zach. Otherwise I still love the show. I really enjoyed the episode where Booth was stuck at home because of his hurt back. The fill in Agent was just completely bewildered that Booth and Bones don't see their mutual attraction.

I watch it every now and then on Hulu. It's got some good episodes, but most of the time the characters just act very oddly.

I plan to watch when Stewie Griffin is added to the cast.

I'm not making that up. It was posted here a few days ago with a link to Ausiello's site.

I still watch but do the writers write stories i na row or is Fox just fucking up the shows order?

I feel like the whole Angela and Hodgins and the girlfriend thing isn't in order. Angela gets a girlfriend, they break up I think a few episodes later and then are back together and the whole thing is terribly written!

All the shows i watch, well it's only three now, House, LOST and Bones, feel really off this season.

Still watching, but not as happy since Zack left. I don't like Sweets, and the only one of the fill-ins they've had who I find mildly amusing is Mr. Nigel Murray (although he's not even half as good as Zack was.)

I agree with bigdaddy. House and Bones both feel off this season.
