I can't recommend one, but be very very careful when picking one. A lot of them are basically scams.

Of course you could just do it yourself. Go check out Dave Ramsey...

Google "Consumer Credit Counseling Service" and find their affiliate in your area. I haven't used them in 20 years but back then they were extremely helpful and understanding at very little cost.
