Anyone have any Trek-inspired recipes?

I'm having some of my nerdier friends over for dinner before going to see the new Trek movie, and I thought it'd be fun to prepare some Trek-inspired food and such. I'll be making Warp Core Breaches (from Quark's Bar at the old Star Trek Experience -- dry ice and all! :D) and my version of raktajinos (basically coffee with chocolate, cinnamon, and a little cardamon) but as far as food, I'm sort of stumped. I found a recipe online for hasperat that I might try, but beyond that, I'm not sure.

Any ideas?

Oh, man.

A couple of Warp Core Breaches and they won't care what you're serving.

Those were so awesome.

Ha! I can only imagine. The two times I went to the Star Trek Experience, I wasn't old enough to drink. But from the amount of booze used in the recipe, I could probably serve them live gagh, and it wouldn't faze them.

I do have fond memories of being teased about my "funny-looking hew-mon clothes" by the Ferengi staff. Good times.

A ferengi offered to buy my wife. And another time, a Klingon mercilessly abused a man at the bar who ordered white wine.

They served onion rings and called them The Holy Rings of Betazed. You could serve those easily. There was also Moogie Pasta.

I was at a party once where the host poured all the booze he had into one punchbowl and called it a "Kobiashi Maru." He said it's not just a drink, it's a test of character.
