Anyone have any experience with Adobe Animate?

Hey all!

For ten years, I've been working on a film project that is near and dear to my heart. I was at first very interested in filming it live action, but I'm pretty sure the budget would be too much to handle with all the props and costumes, not to mention renting out a studio to shoot the scenes (it is a high fantasy film similar to "Lord of the Rings", though smaller in scope). I just recently discovered Adobe Animate, and I would like to know more about it, such as it's capabilities and limitations. Any advice is good advice. Thanks!
