Anyone have an iPod Touch 2G?

I just bought one and am trying to load the LCARS theme on it.

Apparently I need to Jailbreak it first? Then install "Winterboard" and then Install the Theme.

Anyone done this here? I'm scared crapless of hacking this thing as I don't want a $200+ paperweight.

From the little I know about "jailbreaking" it's apparently really easy for someone who knows what they're doing, but a real bitch for those of us who don't. I never had the stones to jailbreak mine, it was way to expensive to mess with.
