Anyone Going to NYC Creation Con March 7-9? (P. Stewart)

Curious if anyone is going to the Creation convention in NYC (Well, technically, NJ) on March 7-8-9th? Patrick Stewart is there on Sunday. Boy do I need to meet him again... and I know I'll regret not going... but I just can't do it, much as I'd like to. Anyone else going?

I'm right in the area, so I'm going to try.

I've never seen Patrick, so I'd like too while I can.

Brent Spiner is supposed to be there too.

I am planning on going, in the shuttlecraft Zhang Heng, which I hope to enter into the costume contest.

Very possible. It's only 1/2 hour drive from home (5 minutes from work!)

Depends if my friend is going. I hate going alone.

I agree the Creation cons themselves are lame, but the celebs are fun. I enjoyed speaking with Suzy Plakson at the last one.

I haven't been to a convention in years so I'd like to go. Hopefully more actors will be announced as the event gets closer. I'd love to see Colm Meaney, Louise Fletcher or Gates McFadden (sp?) as I haven't seen them yet.

Does anyone have any info on what happened to the guys that ran the Slanted Fedora cons? I believe they declared bankruptcy and were under investigation for tax evasion. Anyone know?
