I just saw that the Robotech room had a full house... something that hasn't happened in years...even pre-Covid, they had maybe 1/3 attendence.

Curious if anyone else had an expierence there, and how it was compared to others?

I would love to hear the experiences of others as well.

I go to Fan Expo and other local cons yearly, but San Diego seems just too overwhelming to me. Not to mention it's a lot farther out.

The Japanese have done a number of things with the Macross/(Robotech) universe; but Harmony Gold who owns the US rights still has been consistently blocking any of the Japanese made stuff from streaming or being available in the US legally in any form because they keep wanting to do their own reboot of their Robotech take on the whole thing. I'm sure that room was full of fans hoping that maybe Harmony gold finally relented and is allowing some of the Japanese stuff to come to the US.
