So I joined this site called _______. It's a company that trades free and legal mp3s for the opportunity to show you non-intrusive ads from various companies like Gieco, Victoria's Secret, Sprint, or Gilette. You can click on the ads, or ignore them, no more annoying than the banner ads at the top of this very site.

I've been on it for about 3 months and between the four people in my family (we share an ITunes account) I figure we've got about 200 free mp3s.

Does anybody else have an experience with this site?

Guvera? This is the first I’ve heard of it. I thought maybe you meant Che Guevara. In which case this would be the wrong forum.

It's legit, do some Google-Research. The labels don't sign contracts with sites that aren't paying or distributing viruses in their files...

I still don't trust them. They may say they're legal, but where's the proof?

They want your address and personal information, for example. That's a big red flag right there!

Solicitation/advertising is not permitted on the TrekBBS, and this is skirting pretty close to copyright territory as well. As a result, this thread is going to be closed.
