Any news on TNG having a new TV home in the US?

With both SPIKE and G4 no longer running TNG, does anyone know of any new home for it, even if only local TV stations?

Optical Disks. The best home there is. Full episodes, no cutting down for time, no commericals, and great picture and sound quality.

Gosh, they were nearly unwatchable on G4 anyways. Waaaay too much going on around the picture lol.

I wonder if TNG episodes will ever return to the air years in the future.. TOS came back so why not TNG??

That wasn't the primary reason why I bought them, but it was up there. :)

I think there's a good chance that TV LAND might pick up TNG--after all it's currently running TOS. TNG's old enough now to be considered a classic TV series at this point...

I wonder why the Sci-Fi channel isn't picking it up but it shouldn't surprise me with that channel. I swear the executives hate the genre.

I'm betting that the next time TNG appears onscreen it will be in a remastered form ala TOS. As I understand it they have already/are in the process of creating a TNG remastered 'pilot'.

I thought the 'pilot' episode they did was just a test to see if simple upscaling would work (and because it was remastered on a video format - I would think 'no it won't'; and they would go the TOS-R route - although agian because of how the masters exist, it's MUCH more work than TOS-R was).
