Any A/V guys out there?

Hooking my comp to the TV with an HDMI cable. Picture looks fine, audio sounds all garbled. It's worked fine up until this point. Anything I should take a look at?

It's most likely on the PC end. What sort of hardware are you running?

Agreed that something is most likely wrong on your PC end.

Check and make sure that the card that your HDMI port is on is seated properly on your motherboard. A lot of HDMI ports are connected to circuit cards and can break loose from them, so look for broken solder joints on the card with the HDMI port.

Also, check and make sure your connections are tight on both ends of your cable.
