I hate to say it. This has been a rather difficult poll to choose from, because there really weren't any really good antagonists that I can remember.

yuck. season 5 had some of the lamest adversaries ever - clara's imaginary friend?!? generic-romulan-o-rama?? no thanks. i voted for the tamarians, though i probably should have included pardek.

looks like the antagonists of season 5 were about as lame and/or forgettable as the season as a whole.

McDuff, Neral, Etana Jol, Dr. Russell and that's all voted for.

McDuff was amusing in general. (Even if he partially stole Etana Jol's idea. How many 'subvert the crew into serving your cause' episodes are there?)

Neral was so phoney anyone could see through him, making it laughable that Spock gave him any consideration.

Etana Jol was so dedicated to taking over the Enterprise she banged Riker. NOW THAT'S A TWISTED VILLAINESS.

Dr. Russell was the anti-Bev. It nice having a foil for Dr. Crusher.

Not voting for possessed anyone ever, unless it's possessed Keiko on DS9. It's a lazy ass concept.

^She would have made a better Nemesis than Shinzon. Plus, Denise Crosby would have been in the final TNG movie.
