Another question about Trek fonts (in this case, TOS title)

I've seen at least three different versions of the TOS title ("STAR TREK") font out there, and noticed that at least the letter "V" isn't the same in different ones.

It appears both with the standard "V" shape, but also with a bend in one of the staffs, so it looks in some ways like a "U".

Does anyone know which is the more legit version of the font, or can anyone suggest which version is the more widely recognized "right" one? (This applies to not just the letter "V", but also to the whole font set.)

Thanks.

I've got Federation Classic and I hadn't considered that there may be other versions. The v on that is a vertical line and another line starting from its base going up and to the right at about 35 degrees before turning vertical.
