Another mini-episode for the Proms?

I was just reading the online program for this weekend's Doctor Who proms and I came across the credits for "Additional Filmed Content" starring Matt Smith as the Doctor and written by Steven Moffat.

I guess that means we're getting some sort of mini-episode like Music of the Spheres after all!

See for yourself - it's on page 42. (But beware the program contains numerous spoilers for The Big Bang if you haven't seen it yet.)

Cool. Sounds good.

Already Sky +ed it. ;)

I love the fact that Gold has his own hour or so for his music from a TV show, where as other bbc shows dont really ever get this treatment.

Although, last years was very entertaining and hearing Golds score on a full orchestra at The Albert was soo cool.

:techman:

Guess it doesn't do the rest of us much good til the tv broadcast (assuming there is one this year).

I'm sure it'll show up somewhere (possibly as a DVD extra either for next season or for this year's Christmas special).

I listened to it and thought it was fantastic...the segment with Matt as the Doctor was okay and he did a fantastic job as usual but not really needed IMO. He was just having fun.
