Another employye filling out my time at work without my permission???

Is this legal? As a rule I mean? I live in Ontario canada, and I understand that everywhere has different laws, but you'd think this would be a pretty universal law, if it exists?

I mean, they could write whatever time they wanted to on there, so I'm guessing it's not legal. just want to make sure though.

^can you elaborate? Was it a supervisor who had to write down your hours when you were out because of a deadline. Did a co-worker do it after being told by a supervisor because you weren't around? Or did someone just walk in wherever the sheets/cards are kept and put down your hours for no reason?

Depending on the circumstances, it could be time card fraud, a chargeable offense. Or it could be someone filling it in when you forgot to.
