Hello

Here's an animation video received from the future that shows the dangers concerning the early versions of teleport pods

Don't mistake me, yours is fun; its just not as relavent to TREK tech - which is the name of this forum, after all.

The second vid is the same thing that I always think about Star Trek Teleportation. The computer scan the whole body, create a copy of it, then destroy the original. So basically, the original Kirk and Spock are already dead when they were used teleportation device for the first time. The others just a mere copy of them.

Basically, the transportation device is the same as a fax machine lol

However even if the backstage materials suggest that the Transporter is just a huge "copy and kill" fax machine (or 3d printer, as a recent Dr Who episode termed it) the way it is presented on TV really doesn't match up with this. There are numerous examples of characters staying conscious throughout the entire transport process (TWOK and Realm Of Fear, just of the top of my head)

and how do you explain how those characters are staying conscious throughout the entire transport process with logic? Well, it will easily to explain it if Star Trek is a fantasy like Lord of the Ring or Dungeon and Dragon. We can simply say that Transporter is magic. But if you think that a transporter is a type of future model of transportation, then how do you explain it?

Also the second vid teleportation is similar to what Quantum Teleportation Theory said.

Well, the fact that they are conscious during normal transport is not in dispute, since we see the process from Barclay's POV and he is awake & aware the whole time. Later, he is able to move and grab one of the "aliens" mid-transport, a feat duplicated a few minutes later by the other members of the away team. Therefore logically, he could not have been in a state of molecular disassembly/copy&kill - and the process must be achieved by some other means instead.

We can simply say that Transporter is magic. But if you think that a transporter is a type of future model of transportation, then how do you explain it?
IMO, the various onscreen instances of using the transporter (low power use, remaining conscious, able to move etc) suggest that whilst inside a transporter beam the individual is (temporarily) converted into some form of phased energy being which can then be projected to the desired destination and allowed to return to its "normal matter" state. Naturally this requires very precise use of the transporter beam, since de-phasing a person in an uncontrolled manner leads to the mess we saw in TMP - it is probably also the basis of the Starfleet phaser (which phases the target, but in a deliberate uncontrolled manner)
This subject was discussed a few months ago, here:

...and on numerous other threads on the BBS! On balance, there's far more evidence against the copy&kill procedure than for it.
