Besides the Time Lords, maybe the White Guardian is still around and will give the Doctor a new set of regenerations in exchange for finding the pieces of the Key to Time.

I also think it is possible that the regeneration limit was enforced by the Time Lords, not "natural" per se, and that, without them around, there is no longer a limit... or perhaps the "natural" limit of 507.
^ If that's true, Time Lord biology must be quite hardy. I would have thought that after enough regenerations, their bodies would simply wear out from overuse.
Sometimes I wonder, if the Face of Boe, isn't an example of unlimited Regenrations (Not the same as the Doctor being reborn, but, Jack is regenerated after a death) eventually breaking down, versus Time Lords on the 12 Regenerations Program.
