AMV Hell 4: animated TNG

I was watching AMV Hell 4, you can find it on you tube if you'd like. There was a clip that showed what appeared to be an animated version of The Next Generation. It had Picard, Riker, Geordie. I couldn't clearly see everyone though.

Is there some incarnation of trek that I've missed?

I remember reading somewhere there was going to be an attempt at this; maybe its an independent web version.

Whatever happened to that animated Trek proposal that was supposed to occur after the fall of the Federation, with a future Enterprise battling to survive. Concept kind of sounded like a rip off of Andromeda.

Are you sure it wasn't a clip from Family Guy? They've done TNG bits more than a few times.

According to a description from the video, the clip came from something called Pani Poni Dash. Any help from the anime fans?
