I bought the first two seasons for about $36 years ago, great deal for the two seasons!

If you don't own it, time to buy is now!

Also if you haven't seen it, don't bother what I consider the AU version of DLM in movie form. The movie is terrible.

That's a damn good price for an awesome show.

I first saw it when they showed it on sci-fi, and got the dvds shortly after the series finale aired there, the first time. (I know, it was on Showtime first) I knew it would be cut, but I didn't realize that roughly half of each episode ended up on the cutting room floor when shown on sci-fi. The dvd experience is SO much better.

There isn't much in the way of extras ... A commentary, and a couple fluff pieces that are trying to be documentaries, and that's fine. What matters is the show itself, and it looks incredible on dvd.

With that said, the movie is shit. The series has a satisfying finale, in an "All Good Things" sort of way, and the movie feels tacked on, and very poorly done.
