Amazon Game Studios boss Christoph Hartmann is exiting his post as the tech giant shakes up its overall gaming strategy, Variety has learned.

From what I understand, instead of developing AAA games for all platforms like other companies, they will focus on making games for Amazon Luna and distributing third-party games for the platform.

I don't find that surprising at all. I think most big companies that try getting into the gaming industry, such as Google, always find out the hard way that it takes so much effort if they're coming at it from a standstill and inevitably end up changing their plans.
