Amazing Sci-Fi-Models

Hi,

this post is about one of my employees. His name is Stefan and he is a huge Sci-Fi-Fan and Trekkie. And he is an artist, as he builds the most amazing sci-fi-models, that I have ever seen (including(!) the internet). He is a very nice, but shy guy and he sits there in his little workshop at home and spends literally thousands of hours to build his models. I think people, who are interested in Science Fiction, Star Trek, Star Wars or modelling in general, really need to see Stefan's work.

Please have a look at the links to his latest finished models (Prometheus & U.S.S. Archer) and his actual amazing project (Battle of Wolf 359) and then consider, if you would like to share it. There is no financial interest involved from my or Stefan's side, no Patreon or anything, I just want people to see his art, as I know, that this would make him very happy.

Together with another employee, we even helped him to create a blog and make some nice videos, which you can find here:

Outstanding craftsmanship! Thanks for sharing. I wish I had the patience for something of that magnitude! All the models are excellent, but I think I like the Archer best. So much love in every detail! :techman:

After browsing the blog, I have to add that the "mid-explosion" models for Wolf 359 are really great.

Wow, truly amazing stuff, the Wolf 369 project with all the little destroyed ships is looking fantastic!

Yeah, those “explosions” blow me away, too. (Pun intended.) I have never seen something like this and I never would have thought “Bauschaum” could be used in that manner.

The workmanship is amazing. But it absolutely blows me away that he does this with paper, styrofoam, and other "found" common materials in order to keep cost down!

Edit: Just wanted to add that the details are amazing! Going through both the final and under construction pictures of the USS Archer, I love all those tiny little details that add life to the model, like the workbees everywhere doing various tasks. I also like that he included some large interior spaces, rather than just the typical uniform height decks that some models/designs have.

Hi Guys, thank you very much for your nice words, I am very happy, that you like the models. As I am not so familiar with the sci-fi scene and you guys seem to know much better, it would be great, if you could share the videos, where ever you think, it could reach other people, interested in this kind of modelling. Thanks a lot!

Are you f***ing kidding me? This can't be real.....

This is absolutely stunning!! The amount of talent and time that went into this, is simply of the scale!
