So... the Daleks are returning this season then...
That fan made Dalek looks as well made and imaginative as the Daleks introduced in 2005, though a bit too kitsch and overdone.
The new Daleks would've been improved if they had a similar chrome finish as that fan made Dalek and had grooved bases, making them less like bumper cars.

As I understand it Dalek Storm wasn't being displayed 'with' the new Daleks. The builder just took it along to an event where the new Daleks were being displayed. You'll notice in the picture of the white Dalek that Storm is on the other side of the rope.
Damn cool design though. I hope the Beeb do decide to use it.
