For this installment, lets consider what might have happened to the Voyager crew had the traumatic events of "Year of Hell" not been purged from the timeline?
Specifically, I'm wondering how a clearly PTSD afflicted Janeway would have responded to an equally shell shocked Captain Ransom and the crew of the Equinox. Ransome was right about one thing in the original "Equinox" two parter, it was easy for Janeway to be holier than thou when her ship and crew were in excellent condition. However, we know that when things were less than ideal, Janeway was clearly willing to ditch protocol and do what she thought best to protect her crew. How wouold she react to seeing a mirror image of herself in the far more traumatized Ransome?
