You are the Master and I will obey. :borg:

I've seen this done for Star Trek: The Next Generation but this is the first time I've seen it for Doctor Who. The first 30 seconds are pretty damn awesome.

That was fun trying to make out the various episodes.

It's very sad seeing the 97 episodes which are missing from the archives, not changing as much (reconstructions using still images).

I'm confused why "Robots of Death" is given more space than the others, very easy to spot once you see it.

I'm far more interested in how they put it together. They must have digital copies of every episode. But why only the first 15 minutes???

I imagine it might be the account's upload limit, 15 minutes. (up from 10 a few years aog I suppose).

I just wonder why it was made that long since it is basiclly white noise after the theme song.

It's like looking into the time vortex...

Funny how all the theme tunes merge together, with the McCoy one dragging it out till last.

Weirdly, there are 695 episodes of the "classic" series. I want to know where the extra 12 episodes came from...

Theme songs all play together was cool. After the theme song ended it was like "YIKES!". First time I saw something like that. I put it on pause to try to find my favorite episode...didn't work out. Liked the 707 episodes at once idea though.

Ok. I twigged they were using the movies and the McGann film. The rest is stretching it though. By "the pilot" I assume you mean the unscreened first recording of "An Unearthly Child". By that logic, they ought to have included the first recording of "The Dead Planet" too. ;)

If they're including Shada, I'd also have pushed for the original third and fourth episodes of Planet of Giants, myself. Seeing as they're using recons for missing episodes, the DVD recons of those two would do nicely.

And except for its premiere broadcast, the 2-part version of Resurrection is merely an ex post facto creation. Meaning that it was only after the first two episodes were edited that the decision was made to alter the broadcast to two extended episodes, to accommodate the '84 Olympics. It really has no other purpose for being.

It almost makes sense--a supernova right there in the middle from the looks of it.

How could they? No version of the episode in either audio and vision exists, save for the last ~20" of the cliffhanger. Remember the audio recordings have only come from fans recording the show from broadcast. The Dead Planet v1 doesn't even have that.
