Ace Ventura jr

Yes, this is a movie. No, it is not great, but it is if you have kids. My son and i took a gamble and watched this direct to DVD, I think, movie and...well...we were entertained..

Ace's son is a chubby kid, who is a bit nutty like his dad. And when jr's mom is accused of kidnapping a panda bear from the zoo she works at, only Ace Ventura jr, with the hawaiian shirt and all, can save her...

again...not a great movie..but a good time killer for you and your kids...

As long as my son enjoyed the movie, thats all that matters to me. When you're a parent you see things in ways you can never imagine. sounds mushy, but its true...

Yeah, having kids changes your perspective on a great many things. But if my kid started enjoying Voyager, I'd still think it was a piece of shit.

I saw the "trailers" for this. It made me want to put my balls in a bear-trap and watch the original (which is a hillarious 90s classic.)

It looks the very definition of awful.

Agreed any movie you find in Wal-Marts 2 for $10 bin must not be worth watching, though the original 'Gone In 60 Seconds' was in there.

I found Stardust (fun fantasy movie) and American Beauty (one of the best movies ever) in the Walmart bin (there are also bookcases) mister! :p

:guffaw:

I haven't seen this but I thought it was weird that this movie was obviously being aimed at people who weren't even alive when the original Ace Ventura came out and have likely never heard of it.

That might have been true at one time but they've got a lot of decent stuff in there now.

^ I found "Spaceballs", "Blazing Saddles", "The Prince of Egypt", "Joe Dirt", "Austin Powers", "Small Soldiers", "Black Sheep" and "Short Circuit" in there, so it's not all bad.

^ I also found

"Jaws" "Spiderman" "Spiderman 2" All "Star Trek" films (The Collector's editions mind you), "The Fifth Element"

Oh yeah, more good movies.
I'm holding out for "The Ice Pirates". :D
