Accurate TOS Set Plans

Some of the "part time" sets were indeed constantly changed with every outing (Auxiliary Control springs to mind!). However after Season 2 the main sets (Sickbay, Briefing Room, Cabin, Transporter Room) were pretty much the same after Season 2 began.

Season 1 is a different story - it's quite fascinating to see changes and new developments in the set appear in response to the needs of the developing scripts.

The short corridor to the Engine Room has that weird corridor curve from Season One.

Thanks for the illustration! It's interesting, however, that this "bump" covered the doorframe to the Brig set just in this one TOS episode. Well, they reproduced this part accurately for the DS9 episode.

I said "the sets", not just "the corridors". See, there's a forest beyond the trees.

You did claim “there’s no definitive corridor design” because “the sets were constantly re-arranged and changed.” I’ll leave it at that. ;)
