AA/DSC Phaser disassembly

Hi, Newbi here!!
Wondering if there are any TOS toy fans here. I'm looking to heavy up the handle of an Art Asy/Diamond Select Phaser. If anyone has opened up one of these I'd like to know. I was hoping to just remove the handle screw and pop the bottom cap off but the cap seems locked in somehow. Didn't remove any more screws. Decided to look for info first.

Hey there, I haven't but I often find weird walk-throughs of things like this on YouTube, not sure if you might find some luck there. Also in the Art forum here, that's where a lot of the modelers talk, and might also be able to help.
