A sense of scale : The Hallmark Uhura at console figure

On the one hand, I'm just glad its out, even in a limited edition that flew so quick, I had to Ebay it. It gives me hope for Scotty, and maybe a Sulu and Chekov helm console piece.

But I do wonder why her figure is so much smaller than the previous Big 3 ones. I know NN is not an Amazon, but her figure is shrimpy compared to K,S, and M. K is not precisely to scale, but still reasonably so. I doubt anyone but a fanboy obsessed enough to place them in a Bridge set (Taken from an old Playmates package) would really notice or be bugged by this. But sometimes Hallmark is the Monkey's Paw when it comes to these things. (Rob, still awaiting that TNG Shuttle to complete the set!)

If you place her behind Kirk's chair, the scene works as forced perspective!

McCoy's not much use for a bridge display: he's in a transporter. Ironic, eh.

I carefully removed him from the transporter, and placed the figure via epoxy on a Playmates ST figure stand. He's standing by the lift doors.
