Game A new Star Trek Adventure Game

We're a team of seven working on a never-before-seen Star Trek game. We want the player to slip into the role of a young officer and experience Star Trek episodes from this perspective. Over time, he rises in rank and gets a higher standing on the ship. The USS Enterprise-D will serve as the ship. Even after the game is released, we will continue to work on new content. The story is located after the 7th season of TNG. The entire game is based on the Dreams sandbox game on the Playstation 4.
As soon as Dreams supports multiplayer, we will integrate it into the freeroam mode, which would be great for possible roleplay sessions.
Interested players can tell us their wishes and ideas on our Discord server and we will try to incorporate them into the game.
We are also happy about anyone who would like to participate in the project and already has a basic knowledge of Dreams.

The Project meets the new guidelines from CBS for fangames and we will strictly obey the rules.

I didn't know there are guidelines for fan games now - how did Stage 9 violate them, while you can follow them? Is there any hope of using the Stage 9 maps and models for this game?

There are other Star Trek Fangames out there that are officially tolerated from CBS like Star Trek RPG-X. The Budget of the game has to be under 20.000$. Donations are not allowed and it has to be obvious that it isnt an AAA Game with professionell Gamedevelopers. I think we definetely meet this guidelines.
Its not possible to import Stage 9 Stuff because the whole game has to be created on a PS4. Its all created from scratch with a PS4 Controller what makes it more special definetely.
