Christopher if I wrote the board managers, do you think they might make it even smaller ?

^Hit "Multi Quote" on all the posts you want to reply to, then hit the "Post Reply" button at the bottom of the thread on the left-hand side of the screen. You'll get an edit window containing quotes of all the posts you clicked, in the order you clicked them.

Actually, another way is to click Multi-Quote on each message you want to quote except the last, and push Quote on that one. It then opens a reply with all the multi-quoted messages and the one you Quoted at the end.
