    yeah the interior of Starship looks very cool. The timeline is from the ULA but why is it dead?

    The core issue with all of these proposals is the relative cost per person. Much too high to be even vaguely practical.

    I'm not saying that looking into various space colonization approaches is not worth the effort but, we can't expect any government, let alone private company, to spend $1+ Trillion for a few hundred or just over a thousand people.

    There would have to be some critical function for the colony itself to make it worth such a cost.
