a BRAVE homerun

Once again, Batman and the Brave and the Bold, hits a homerun with the latest episode.

Aquaman is supposed to be on vacation with his family, but keeps getting cabin fever!!!

The best part is, before he team up with a hero, they show a title card like "AQUAMAN and BLUE BEETLE" or "AQUAMAN AND GREEN ARROW"...

This was a fun episode.

This is QUICKLY becoming my favorite hero cartoon. It writing of this show has nods to us old-time fans, but also entertains my six year old son and makes us BOTH laugh...

Aquaman is actually a fun character on Brave and the Bold. I think his RV passed through just about every fictional city in the DC universe. I liked how he wiped the Atom off his windshield.:)

I liked the Enemy Ace teaser as well because they just go for it without having to explain exactly what was going on. Batman is in WWII flying a biplane and evil aliens are helping the enemy forces and that's that.

Good point about enemy ace!! And yes, I loved all the fictional DC cities Aquaman drove through. I thought this episode was going to be boring, like I thought the MUSIC MEISTRO was going to be...but boy, I have been wrong on both counts...

I am enjoying B/B because it is fun and I laugh, and yes, I like this guy's voice as Batman. He is doing a great job...two thumbs up!!!

Yah, I enjoy Brave and the Bold. Mainly for the chance to see such large numbers of DC third listers animated. Sometimes it gets a little too silly but most of the time it's pretty good.

Last year, I let my 5 year old son pick out any toy he wanted. He went past the Transformers and Spider-Men toys he normally would choose and straight for an Aquaman toy. I was astounded. The character many regard as one of the lamest heroes, because of Batman the Brave and the Bold was suddenly a must have for my son!

If only they could do the same for the Aquaman in the comics. Maybe when he comes back after Blackest Night.
