I've never started one of these threads but I figured 8 years of posting here is fairly significant, so what the hell!
Over eight years ago I found The Trek BBS when I was searching the internet for information on the upcoming Trek series, Enterprise. I lurked for quite a while before finally signing up and posting in the Enterprise forum. The funny thing is that I don't think I've posted in that forum since the first season of Enterprise!
I'm not a prolific poster but I am most at home here in misc. I also really enjoy the Trek Art forum, although I wish I had more to contribute to it than just my comments. I am pretty amused by TNZ too but I rarely post there. I find it more entertaining to just watch all the car wrecks unfold all on their own.
Anyway, I just want to thank all of the posters here for making this a place that I want to come back to every day. I'd also like to say thanks to all the mods and admins of this board for keeping it running so smoothly and for never giving me a warning during my time here, not even a friendly!
