Can't let Ptrope get all the votes! 
I actually did have this idea back when Klaus first posted the challenge, but I haven't had any time to do anything until now.
This is going to be a bit of an unusual entry with multiple pics, but I hope y'all understand!
Inspired by the DS9 episode "Take Me Out to the Holosuite", I've started by recreating the uniforms from that episode, and then expanding a little from there. I figure that, as evidenced partly by that episode and by the Parrises squares team in TNG "11001001", the various ships and locations have their own intramural teams to practice, but field their top players when they have the chance to play someone else, and these would be the uniforms they wear. (Kinda like Olympic or World Cup teams picking their best players to field.)

Now for the Enterprise's uniform! I made the assumption that the uniforms shown in "1100101" were the Enterprise's colors. The logo has a stylized galaxy, not only referencing their mission, but hinting at the 1701-D's class.
And finally Voyager. Yeah, this one was a bit tongue-in-cheek, with the double meaning for "Nomad". The logo also has a delta-shaped background, of course referencing the Delta Quadrant. The gold color was inspired by the various gold panels and bits on the Nomad model shown in ENT's "Dead Stop".
That's all for now. I haven't thought much about doing any others yet, but that may change!
