Actually, mine is fake wood. It's vinyl but looks like wood in the photo.

In person, you can DEFINITELY tell it's vinyl.

^ Only the kitchen at our place has the artificial wood floor. I LOVE it. It feels and looks rustic. But I really wish the entire apartment was outfitted with it.

Too early for a Christmas tree still. The tree comes in on the morning of Christmas Eve.

This is a picture just begging for at least half a dozen captions! That poor dog seems somewhat... offended that anyone might think he/she would wreck the tree by jumping on it or using it for a bathroom.
