2 Alice 2 Wonderland: off with this pre-realease thread's head!

Extra! Disney has hired the writer of Burton's reboosequel to pen a third chapter, tentatively titled Alice in Wonderland With a Vengeance.

No word yet on whether Disney's Johnny Depp™ will return, or if the film, Alice Underland Raider: The Cradle of Rooks will be based upon the American McGee's Alice games.

Maybe "Underland" exists within the same general time-space plane as Neverland?

Alice hooks up with an emo, Edward Cullen-style Peter Pan, who willingly became a werewolf in his quest to hunt down Captain Hook.

I am thinking Cameron Diaz as Alice, with a guest appearance by the Olsen Twins doing a gender-bending Tweedle-challenged and Tweedle-dee.

^ Hm... While not a fan of the Burton film, I do quite fancy Mia Wow-sikowska. Maybe Diaz could play a sort of all-grown-up, Underland-bound "echo" of Mia's Alice, sorta like how Whoopi plays an "echo" of Guinan in the Nexus? And Diaz-Alice could turn out to be evil - Captain Hook's squeeze... leading to an epic woman-on-woman fight...

Definitely some f/f action - and we'll change the rabbit hole to the La Brea tar pits. This will save on location shooting, plus we can get in a good mud-wrestling sequence, along with an educational angle regarding the preservation of fossils. This will help keep the rating down to PG-13, the wheelhouse of $$ for ticket sales.
