Hi all! I need your help. I am looking for this poster..

hst6xi.jpg

It's for a Christmas gift. I want to make sure I find a genuine one and not a fake knock off like a copy of a copy... Hopefully in the $25 range... or whatever. Thanks everyone.

Still looking. This poster has been out of production for quite a while.

I have this poster from a long time ago. The dimensions are 25 1/2 x 48". Some of the copies and later posters are smaller.

Thanks, I'm just not sure if it's genuine... If it is it's the perfect price. :)

e-Bay. All I can say. Heh.

I got one like it off e-Bay once. Frakking thing was 4 foot by 6 foot! HUGE!

This reminds of the original movie Enterprise poster that had the cutaway detail. I think it was made just around the time TMP came out. I had it way back then, but I'd really like to get my hands on it again.

Ok, here is part of the thing for these 2 web sites:

here

and

here

First site has a size of 40 in. x 27 in. and the text in the LCARS frame doesn't wrap around does not have the side text...

The second site has a size of 36 in x24 in, not quite as large but the LCARS wrap around and looks like the original...

This site seem to have a good version which is also 36 in x 24 in (which might be the actual size) but naturally they are out of stock...

So far I'm leaning toward the second site.

Original size, in your price range and in (I'm guessing) stock - I'd imagine they'll tell you the last part as you go through the order process.

Ah! Very nice, and a nice large size as well! We may have a winner! Thank you! :techman:

That's where I was gonna suggest.

Is SciPubTech, the originators, still around? My old link to their site is dead.

Weird that they make the posters but only have the 36" versions. Were the 48"s another Limited Edition version?

Yeah with a difference of a foot in length, I wonder what the deal is...?

The poster was made prior to GEN/1994.

Mine is rolled up and in storage. Does it say Rachel Garrett for the E-C?

I have one of these on my wall, and yes, it does. The B, of course, has an incorrect captain's name, but it's post-Yesterday's Enterprise.
