TOS required an enormous amount of work. Not saying TNG couldn't benefit from the same attention to detail, but I am saying that TNG doesn't need it as much, wont get it anyways and will look better than what we've got currently regardless.

If there's one thing I'm learning as I get older, it's that no mater what the topic or where the location, there are cold, humorless people everywhere. And apparently some of them watch Deep Space Nine.

The one detail which I believe makes obvious the fact that Julian was retroactively written as a genetically enhanced character is his cockiness early on in the series. Knowing the character as we came to, I don't think he'd have been quite so snarky at the gitgo had he been hiding such a thing.

Loved Vic from first episode to last. He lightened up a season that was quite dark and did it without diluting the more serious aspects of the arc.

I think a lot of the scorn toward Ezri comes from the fact that, in my opinion, her introductory episodes portrayed her as confused and a little whiny. The writers recovered from that well enough, but you know what they say about first impressions... That said, on the whole, I found Ezri/Nicole...

I met Casey Biggs at a convention about 3 years ago. I think it was the first time I'd ever met an actor, or at least met one that was from something I genuinely had an interest in. And... I was surprised, both at his down-to-earthness and my own composure... :p
