That looks great! Thanks for the breakdown. Do you do anything to the masking tape to make it less sticky? The last time I tried doing some airbrushing and masking, the tape just pulled my paint clean off. It was very frustrating!
Another vote here for "The Royale", I remember putting that episode on quite often as a kid, it's been a few yeares though so it's probably due a rewatch.
That is fantastic. I love the rear shot where you can see into the shuttle/cargo bay in the top of the saucer, it really gives it scale. I also love the way you can see into the windows.
I really like Beyond, but I can only give it a B. The Enterprise getting destroyed ... again, felt a little lazy and I can't get past them not using the transporters to simply beam out the bad guy at the end; at least tell us it won't work or something. But the film looks amazing and I like the...
Thought it was great! I laughed out loud a lot of the way through.
Though I do enjoy them, my main criticism of the recent Dave series is that they made Rimmer less of a callous bastard. He is still antagonistic in those series but with much less vitriol. I thought the "Sod them!" scene was...
I didn't really like this one, it felt a bit meandering; there were some good moments, but it didn't really feel like futurama and I don't really know why.
I think the difference between this and I Dated a Robot is that Fry's Liubot was programmed to love him so in that sense she was just a sex toy that did nothing to contribute to society except to take Fry out of it; Bender has a 'real' personality, he chose to be with Amy.
As someone said earlier, the sun never existed so didn't blow up; the end of part 1 has all the stars fading out of existence, not massive supernova explosions.
"It's a fez; I wear a fez now. Fezzes are cool."
Loved it!
Confidential mentions that it's the end of the universe, the gloves are off and the Doctor is breaking all the rules which is why he's jumping around everywhere like a maniac.
Re: Doctor Who – The 11th Hour (5x01) - (Discuss – Grade | SPOILERS) U
Absolutely loved it; Matt Smith was great; though I always had this feeling he would be. Not too sure about the Tardis interior, especially the central column.
On a different note, I have fallen in love with Amy Pond; damn.
Endgame seems to completely ignore how Duncan became immortal - in Endgame it appears that Duncan fights a huge battle (much like Connor did) and as he died and awoke, Connor appears over a hill; in the series he has his death and is driven from his village where he wanders for a few years...
How about Christopher Lambert in Highlander? The continuity there is a mess!
He plays Connor McLeod in H1, and maybe the same Connor in H3 but maybe not depending on whether he actually won the game in 1; a different Connor in H2 who is an alien, or in the directors edition a man from the...
On a similar note, the scene in VI was ridiculous; maybe the translator would be recognised by the klingons, but surely the crew could have used it to translate what the klingon was saying to them and then provide them with the appropriate response for Uhura to read out.
However I did like how...
A human's perception and experiences are truly unique; our brains weren't preprogrammed - we collected memories of external stimuli through our senses and through the complex associations that were created we learned to be who we are. Our bodies came with a simple OS that runs a 'life support...
