I did laugh that they dropped the email at what I assume is close of business on a Friday in the UK. Titan's customer service in the US hasn't impressed me much, so we'll likely not hear back from them until mid week

my foil order just came in today, only a few months late. I'm assuming the american branch of titan got the forwarded email, forgot to reply to me at all, but still shipped it.

I still haven't received my copy of the final issue, nor the special foil one that I ordered. radio silence when I emailed them about it to, other than to tell me that it was the american wing of the company that should handle it. I'm expecting that I'll never see those items :(
