It had a bit of good content, but overall, I agree. When I binge re-watch the series after season one concludes, I might skip watching this episode. As for the other episodes, well, I can imagine watching them 53+ times.

I don't think that Burnham's arc is anywhere close to being finished.

All that really needs to happen is for the writers to craft a compelling redemption story in the next nine episodes. Then she can be captain. I want her to be captain, but without a lot of work, it can't happen convincingly. What would she do if someone under her command committed mutiny?
