That's a good point. Unless since the world around me was frozen it would be as if I were in stasis.. although it probably wouldn't work like that but eh it's a superpower. Alternatively I'd go for eternal youth instead and an ability to choose exactly when I died, time would still stop...

The ability to control time, think Hiro from Heroes. Freezing it would be especially useful- for example I could sleep for as long as I wanted without wasting time.
